Our family's first time in Aitutaki was made even better staying at Aitutaki Beach Villas. Everything was seamless, the staff were so friendly, and the welcome was warm and genuine. The villas were very clean, beds made beautifully — fresh fruit and coconuts on arrival, air conditioning, mopeds for hire, and the beach just metres away made it perfect for the kids. Highly recommend!

The lagoon view from our villa at Aitutaki Beach Villas is perfect. The room and facilities are clean and tidy. We rented a motorbike on site and used the beach towels for snorkelling. A cosy and convenient Cook Islands stay.

We had the best time at Aitutaki Beach Villas — real beachfront, just steps from the lagoon with great snorkelling. Very close to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Very quiet and peaceful. Cece and Mu were wonderful hosts and made us feel like family. We will stay again.

Our stay at Aitutaki Beach Villas was the perfect tropical beach holiday. The villas were well equipped, airport transfers went perfectly, and the onsite managers were warm and helpful. Perfect location directly on the lagoon for snorkelling, with a short stroll to restaurants for coffee, meals or cocktails. Heartily recommend.

Our stay at Aitutaki Beach Villas was wonderful from start to finish — the communication before arrival, the airport transfer, and the warm welcome on arrival. Our villa was beautiful, with the beach just a few metres away and the turquoise waters of Aitutaki Lagoon right on our doorstep. A neighbouring resort offered drinks and dinner when we didn't feel like cooking, and mopeds were available to hire directly from the villas to explore the island. Well worth every night.

Our stay at Aitutaki Beach Villas had many positives — excellent beachfront location, warm hospitality, a spacious villa with a comfortable king bed, and the deck was perfect for sunset drinks over the lagoon. Like many tropical properties, the villas would benefit from ongoing attention to deep cleaning — something we'd note for the management's consideration. Aitutaki Beach Villas was the perfect base for our group of eight — we booked all four villas and loved having the whole place to ourselves. See our accommodation and group booking details. The absolute beachfront villas were the highlight, right on a beautiful sandy beach. The villas are simple and comfortable, exactly what you want for a relaxed Cook Islands stay. Being able to walk next door for a morning coffee was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

My partner Karyn and I stayed at Aitutaki Beach Villas — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning lagoon right in front of your villa. The villas were clean and comfortable, staff were attentive, and centrally located to restaurants, cafes and the airport. The Polynesian-style villas complement the beach setting beautifully. We stayed at Aitutaki Beach Villas for four nights and enjoyed every minute. We kept it simple — walking the beach, swimming and snorkelling on Aitutaki Lagoon right in front of the villas. Being able to stroll along the beach to three restaurants for dinner was a real bonus. Everything was exactly as advertised and pictured. The mezzanine stairs are steep, but our son managed them fine and loved sleeping up there. We'd return without hesitation and have already recommended Aitutaki Beach Villas to friends.

Our holidays at Aitutaki Beach Villas are always a fantastic change from the New Zealand winter. The staff are fabulous and so helpful. The villas are very comfortable with fridge and cooking facilities. BBQ and cocktails at sunset over the lagoon — nothing beats it! Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic seven-night stay at Aitutaki Beach Villas. Location was fabulous — short walk down the beach to restaurants. The villa was amazing and what made the stay even better were the fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble.

We visited in 2025 and loved our stay at Aitutaki Beach Villas. The self-contained, roomy villas are charming and right beside a beautiful beach. We hired a motor scooter organised by the friendly, professional staff and very much enjoyed exploring beautiful Aitutaki. Meitaki.

Aitutaki Beach Villas was the perfect Aitutaki escape. The hosts are welcoming and helpful, the location is fantastic, the fresh fruit and coconut water are delicious, and the beds are comfortable. We snorkelled right off the beach, took a private lagoon tour, and explored the island by rental car. We would absolutely stay at Aitutaki Beach Villas again!

What stood out most was how helpful the staff were — especially Mow and Coco. The room was lovely and clean, the fruit was a treat, and Mow organised a motorbike for us. The flowers and bed decorations were a lovely touch. Amazing location with beautiful swimming right out front. Aitutaki Beach Villas has everything the more expensive accommodation has, at a far more affordable price. We will definitely stay again.

During our around-the-world trip we stayed at Aitutaki Beach Villas — simply the best location, not only on the island but probably during our entire journey. Dream beach right in front of you, wonderful restaurants next door, free stand-up paddleboards to use, and the friendliest people on earth. If we lived closer we would come back every year.

Aitutaki Beach Villas is ideally located between three restaurants and bars, all within easy beach walking distance — including island night shows with traditional Cook Islands food and dancing. Our hosts were warm and incredibly helpful, arranging lagoon cruises, restaurant reservations and local shopping advice. That local knowledge and personal care is genuinely invaluable for a guest. The spacious villa has everything you need for a relaxed Polynesian holiday, and the beachfront setting works its magic quickly. Booking and payment is handled differently to mainstream platforms, but the process was straightforward and worked perfectly for us.

I so appreciated all of the care and communication over the years, including navigating changes before and after Covid closed the Cook Islands. We finally made it and had a glorious time at Aitutaki Beach Villas. Thank you most sincerely.
