Additional person 13 years of age and over at time of check-in are charged at $75 per night

We do not offer our villas to Booking.com / TripAdvisor etc and whilst these global booking sites misleadingly showcase our villas, the availability status will show as "not available" or something similar and another property will be offered instead. Notes on All Above Prices
All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are for one or two people
The minimum stay is 3 consecutive nights in a villa.
An additional booking fee of $30 per person per stay is added to your quotation which includes return airport transfers with flower lei and introductory local area tour and to ensure the smooth check-in to your villa when you arrive in Aitutaki.
Villas can sleep a maximum of 4 adults; or 2 adults and 4 children 12 years of age or younger (at time of check-in). An infant could also stay free of charge, sharing the Super King bed, or utilising the villa port-cot (only 1 available).
All rates include Cook Islands Government Tax @ 15%
